MODEL LOKOTRACK® LT1110™ Crushing unit Nordberg® NP1110M™ Feed opening 1,040 x 800mm (41” x 31”) Engine CAT®, 224 kW (300 hp) Hours 470 Lokotrack® LT1110™ mobile HSI crusher is used as a stand-alone unit in limestone or recycling applications. It can also be utilized in combination with mobile screens to obtain more calibrated end products. Lokotrack® LT1110™ has a compact design, and it is suitable for medium-hard rocks such as limestone and recycled materials. It is also available with an optional screen module with a return conveyor to produce an additional calibrated end product. POWERFUL IMPACT CRUSHER Lokotrack® LT1110™ mobile HSI crusher is built around Nordberg® NP1110M™ horizontal shaft impact (HSI) crushing unit. The crusher is especially designed to process soft and medium-hard materials. Lokotrack® LT1110™ also includes high-quality blow bars as standard. OPTIMUM CRUSHING RESULTS Metso Outotec IC™ process control system optimizes crushing results. It enables single-button start and stop and features in-built troubleshooting as well as various parameter selections. All Lokotrack® mobile crushers in the same crushing process can be linked with Metso Outotec IC™. Furthermore, the whole process can be monitored and controlled conveniently from the excavator cabin with Metso Outotec ICr™ remote control software.
